Get certificate - mijn.host API

Gets one SSL certificate. Once the certificate has been requested the state is read live from the certificate authority, so poll this endpoint to follow the validation and to download the issued certificate from certificate and intermediate_certificate as soon as certificate_status is ACT. While the validation is pending, validation holds the DNS record or the file the authority expects.

The private key is never returned; keep the key you received from POST /certificates/csr.
